Center Manager

*Core Role:*

Own the overall functioning of the gym - manage staff, drive sales, ensure member satisfaction, and hit revenue + retention targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

**Area** **What You Do**

**1. Operations** Open/close facility, manage daily schedules, ensure equipment maintenance, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed. Handle vendor/AMC coordination.

**2. Sales & Revenue** Drive membership sales, renewals, PT packages, and retail. Set monthly targets for team. Track walk-ins, conversions, and revenue vs target.

**3. Team Management** Hire, train, and roster trainers, front desk, housekeeping. Conduct team meetings, track performance, handle escalations.

**4. Member Experience** Ensure high service quality. Handle complaints, feedback, and disputes. Drive NPS/CSAT. Run member engagement events/challenges.

**5. Marketing** Execute local marketing: social media, referral drives, corporate tie-ups, community events. Coordinate with central marketing if chain gym.

**6. Finance & Admin** Manage cash/POS, daily collections, petty cash, inventory for supplements/merchandise. Approve leaves, track attendance, basic payroll inputs.

**7. Compliance** Ensure licenses, fire safety, music licenses, POSH, and labor law compliance. Maintain first aid kit, insurance, and incident logs.

**8. Reporting** Submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS: sales, footfall, renewals, expenses, issues to management.
