Job Description
We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for the CoinSwitch Voice/Chat Process. The role involves assisting customers through voice and chat channels, resolving queries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
### Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries through voice and chat support.
* Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
* Maintain customer interaction records in the system.
* Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
* Deliver an excellent customer experience.
### Eligibility Criteria
* Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support (Voice or Chat).
* Male candidates can apply.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
### Language Requirements
* English (Mandatory)
* Hindi (Mandatory)
### Required Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer handling abilities.
