Job Description

*Hiring*: Cake Decorator/Pastry Chef


We are looking for a Baker cum Cake Decorator to join our patisserie in a recently opened outlet in Budigere. The role covers cake decoration, daily pastry production, and custom order execution.


*Role*:

Cake decoration — birthday, celebration, and custom design orders

Daily pastry production — cookies, savouries, and bakes

Handling custom and bulk orders directly with customers


*Why this role*:

- Full ownership of your cake designs, not just one station in a large team

- Hands-on experience in commercial bakery operations — production planning, costing and inventory handling

- Direct mentorship and close working relationship with ownership

- Creative input in product development

- Strong foundation for those looking to run their own bakery in future


*Requirements*:

Certificate or diploma in bakery and confectionery, or equivalent hands-on experience

Comfortable with both routine production and custom cake work


Work days: 6 days a week

Pay: As per industry standards
