We are a Bengaluru-based AI startup building Tara - an AI cooking companion that guides people through cooking in real time. We're looking for a Culinary Intern to join our core team in HSR Layout.

What you'll do:

• Cook recipes from scratch in our test kitchen and document results in detail
• Validate and refine step-by-step recipe instructions for accuracy, timing, and technique
• Identify where home cooks go wrong and help us build better guidance around those failure points
• Work closely with our AI and product team to translate culinary knowledge into structured formats Tara can understand
• Test recipes across varying skill levels, equipment, and ingredient availability

Who we're looking for:

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or equivalent hands-on training
• Strong foundation in Indian cuisine and different types of cuisines - both everyday home cooking and restaurant-style
• Comfortable cooking the same dish multiple times with small variations and observing differences
• Detail-oriented - you notice when a tempering is off, not just when a dish tastes wrong
• Curious about how technology can improve cooking (no tech background needed)
