Location: Hyderabad and Banglore 2. Industry: Corporate Wellness | Sports & Fitness Management 3. Experience: 2–3 Years 4. Working Days: Monday to Saturday 5. Salary: Competitive & as per industry standards (based on experience, qualifications & achievements) 6. Local Candidates Preferred Key Responsibilities 1. Manage day-to-day operations across multiple corporate wellness & fitness sites 2. Oversee sports and fitness-related activities across locations 3. Handle client engagement, relationship management & client upkeep 4. Manage and supervise fitness trainers & sports coaches 5. Execute sports events, wellness programs, fitness challenges & engagement initiatives 6. Ensure smooth operations and upkeep of fitness facilities & sports infrastructure 7. Prepare MIS reports, operational reports & attendance records 8. Coordinate with vendors for procurement & maintenance of sports and fitness equipment 9. Source and recruit fitness coaches, sports coaches & operational staff 10. Support business development initiatives and client retention strategies 11. Drive operational excellence and high-quality service delivery across all sites Candidate Requirements 1. 2–3 years of experience in sports management, fitness operations, corporate wellness, or facility management 2. Strong leadership, communication & team management skills 3. Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad 4. Ability to work independently with strong ownership & accountability 5. Proactive, solution-oriented & enterprising mindset 6. Excellent client handling & coordination abilities 7. Experience managing multiple sites will be an added advantage Preferred Background 1.
