Job Title: Home Inspector (Building & Seepage Inspection)

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Home Inspector to conduct comprehensive property inspections. The role involves identifying structural defects, seepage/leakage issues, and other building-related concerns using advanced tools such as thermal imaging and moisture meters.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties including villas, apartments, and offices
• Identify defects related to seepage, leakage, structural cracks, dampness, and finishing quality
• Perform thermal imaging inspections to detect hidden moisture and water intrusion
• Use tools such as moisture meters, borescopes, and inspection equipment for accurate diagnosis
• Prepare clear, professional inspection reports with observations, photographs, and recommendations
• Coordinate with clients on-site and explain findings in a clear and professional manner
• Assist in identifying root causes of defects and suggest appropriate repair solutions
• Follow standard inspection protocols and maintain high-quality documentation

• Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, site supervision, waterproofing, or inspection
• Strong knowledge of building construction, waterproofing systems, and materials
• Ability to identify seepage, leakage, and structural defects
• Familiarity with tools like thermal camera and moisture meter (preferred)
• Good report writing and communication skills
• Willingness to travel across sites
• Preferred Skills:Experience in waterproofing or defect diagnosis
• Knowledge of building codes and construction standards
• Hands-on experience with inspection tools and testing methods
