Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Monitor execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and external development works.
- Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications and approved methods.
- Verify line, level, dimensions, and workmanship before execution.
- Coordinate execution of multiple work fronts simultaneously.
- Ensure completion of daily planned activities.
- Coordinate with civil contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor contractor performance.
- Ensure contractors deploy required manpower and resources.
- Verify contractor work completion.
- Report contractor delays and deficiencies.
- Facilitate smooth execution among different agencies.
Deliverables
- Daily work progress achieved as per schedule.
- Zero unauthorized deviations from approved drawings.
- Timely completion of assigned activities.
