Job Description

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests.
  • Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for timely fulfilment.
  • Identify potential clients through market research, databases, referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Generate qualified leads for manpower outsourcing, recruitment, payroll management, and allied HR services.
  • Make cold calls, send introductory emails, and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • General record maintenance
  • General coordination work in between departments and Head office, other branch offices accross India
  • Tender preparation support services
