Job Description

Position: Cluster HR

Job Details

  • Location: Bangalore – (Jayanagar)
  • Education: MBA/PGDM
  • Salary: 4.LPA
  • No of Opening: 3
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records according to SOP and audit requirements.
  • Address employee queries via the helpdesk within defined TATs.
  • Generate accurate HR dashboards and reports (attrition, absenteeism, headcount, and productivity).
  • Handle the full separation process, including offboarding, terminations, and transfers.
  • Implement initiatives to control absenteeism, attrition, and grievances.

Organize Reward & Recognition programs and employee engagement activities
