CNC Machine Operator

M.V. Technics was established in the year 2003 with a vision to become a customer-driven organization. The company initially began its operations by undertaking job work manufacturing for small and medium-scale industries. At present, M.V. Technics specializes in a wide range of precision engineering processes, including Turning, Milling, Cylindrical Grinding, VMC Milling, CNC Turning, and Vertical Milling. The company caters to small, medium, and large-scale industries, with a strong presence in the automobile and engineering sectors, either directly or through vendor networks.

Roles & Responsibilities

1)Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

2)Set up machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and raw materials.

3)Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

4)Perform routine inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

5)Make minor adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality.

KEY POINTS

For experienced candidates, the salary will be determined based on machine knowledge and expertise, with an approximate starting range of ₹20,000 per month. For freshers with a relevant educational background, the starting salary will be ₹17,000 per month, with applicable PF and ESI deductions.

The role involves rotational shifts, and we provide overtime (OT) compensation along with night shift allowances where applicable. Employees are also eligible for yearly bonuses and annual salary increments based on performance.

As per company policy, selected candidates are required to submit their higher education certificates, which will be retained for a minimum period of two years. In case of any unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances, the certificates will be returned upon prior intimation.
