Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled CNC/VMC Operator to operate and maintain computer-controlled machines used in manufacturing. The candidate should have experience in handling CNC/VMC machines, understanding technical drawings, and ensuring precision in machining processes.

• Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC/VMC machines to perform machining operations like drilling, milling, and cutting.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
• Set up machines, tools, and fixtures as per job requirements.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Maintain production records and report any deviations.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
• Requirements:Proven experience as a CNC/VMC Operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of machine operations and tooling.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code/M-code) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
• Experience in manufacturing or production industry.
