Job Description

Operate CNC machines such as CNC Turning, Milling, VMC, or other machining centers.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Load raw materials and tools into the machine.

Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as required.

Measure and inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.

Ensure components meet quality specifications and tolerances.

Maintain production records and inspection reports.

Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.

Report machine malfunctions and production issues to the supervisor.

Follow company safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
