Cnc Turning Machine Operator

Operate CNC Turning and CNC VMC machines as per work instructions.Load and unload raw materials and finished components.Read engineering drawings and job cards.Measure components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge.Perform tool offset and basic machine setting.Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and quality.Maintain production records and follow production targets.Follow 5S, safety rules, and company procedures.Report machine issues or quality defects to the supervisor.Keep the machine and work area clean.Required SkillsBasic knowledge of CNC machines.Understanding of G-code and M-code (basic).Ability to read engineering drawings.Knowledge of measuring instruments.Good communication and teamwork.Willingness to work in shifts.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi CNC controls.Experience with CNC Turning or VMC machining.Basic understanding of preventive maintenance.SalaryFreshers: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per monthExperienced (1–3 Years): ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month (depending on skills and company)BenefitsPF & ESIOvertime PayAttendance IncentivePaid LeaveUniform & Safety ShoesTraining and Career Growth OpportunitiesThis JD is suitable for CNC Turning Operator, VMC Operator, and general CNC Machine Operator positions in manufacturing and aerospace industries.
