(Collections) – Real Estate

About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Collection executive to support our real estate operations team. The candidate will coordinate with reputed builders, Properties and other leading developers for collection-related activities and document handling.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Visit builder offices and client locations for collection-related work
• Collect cheques, payment receipts, invoices, and important documents
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and CRM teams for payment updates
• Ensure timely submission and pickup of documents from builders and banks
• Maintain proper records of collections and submitted documents
• Handle field work across Bangalore professionally and efficiently
• Support day-to-day operational activities when required
Requirements
• Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Degree
• Prior field work or collection experience is preferred
• Must know Bangalore routes and locations well
• Good communication and professional behavior
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp, Google Maps, and mobile applications
