Collection Executive / Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented DRA Collection Agents to join our collections team. The ideal candidate should have experience in debt collections and excellent negotiation skills to interact with customers professionally while ensuring compliance with collection guidelines.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound collection calls and follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines during customer interactions.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team when required.
• Maintain professionalism and provide a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates and account resolutions.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in collections or recovery processes.
• DRA certification is preferred.
• Freshers with DRA certification are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English and regional languages are an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with collection tools are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
