Job Description
S OPTIMA BUSINESS We are hiring for the position of Debt Recovery Agent (Tele-Collection – Office Work).
Role: Collection Executive
Languages Required: Hindi and Basic English
Experience: Fresher–2 years
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days of working day/Monday to Sunday - One rotational week off
Location: Bommanahalli, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recover overdue payments from customers
* Communicate with debtors to negotiate payment plans
* Maintain accurate records of debtors and payment history
* Follow up on outstanding dues
* Achieve assigned collection targets
