Salary & Qualification:
Fresher’s - 1.9 LPA - 2.1 LPA per annum + Incentives up to 15000per Month
(Graduation Compulsory)
Experienced - 2.2 LPA-2.7 LPA + Incentives up to 15000per Month
(2nd
PUC or Graduation)
(Experience in Sales, Customer Support, Telesales, or Tele collections is preferred)

20 Years - 28 Years (Male/Female)
Languages:
English and Hindi Compulsory

collections and customer support for BFSI Segment. Providing Services of Business Process
Management (BPM), Tele calling/ Customer Care Services, Contact Center Management, Debt
Management (RECOVERY & COLLECTION) and Digital Recovery.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-caller in Collection & Recovery, located in Bengaluru.
The Tele-caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers with outstanding
debts, informing them of their payment obligations, and coordinating with them to repay
their debts. The Tele-caller will also negotiate payment plans with debtors, maintain accurate
records of customer interactions, and escalate cases to the next level of support when
necessary.
