Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone calls to remind them of pending payments and dues.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts and ensure timely collections.
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers as per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding balances and payments.
• Escalate complex cases to the concerned team when required.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Update collection activities in CRM and internal systems.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.

• Any Graduate / 12th Pass.
