Job Description – Commi 1 / Commi 2 / Commi 3Restaurant / Hotel Kitchen OperationsPosition OverviewWe are looking for passionate and skilled kitchen professionals for the positions of Commi 1, Commi 2, and Commi 3 to support daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining quality standards in a professional kitchen environment.

• Commi 1 (Senior Line Cook)Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a specific kitchen section independently.
• Prepare and cook dishes as per standard recipes.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Supervise junior staff and assist in training Commi 2 & 3.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store team.
• Support Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations.
• RequirementsMinimum 4–6 years of experience in hotel/restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations.
• Ability to manage a section independently.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards.

• Commi 2 (Mid-Level Cook)Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Commi 1 and senior chefs in food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and mise en place.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstation.
• Follow recipes and portion standards.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
• RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurants/hotels.
• Basic cooking and preparation knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team player with positive attitude.

• Commi 3 (Junior Cook / Kitchen Assistant)Key ResponsibilitiesAssist kitchen team in basic food preparation.
• Cutting, chopping, cleaning, and storing ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen area.
• Support chefs during kitchen operations.
• Follow instructions from senior chefs.
• RequirementsFreshers or minimum 0–2 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Hardworking and disciplined.
• Preferred CandidatesExperience in Indian / Continental / Chinese / Bakery sections preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Flexible to work shifts and weekends
