Community Manager ( Co-Living )

About the Role

Looking for a Community Manager to own the resident experience across our co-living properties. This is a people-first role — not a facilities or maintenance role.

You will be the face of Yello for every resident, from the day they move in to the day they move out, while helping keep the community engaged and active in between.

Key Responsibilities

Move-In & Move-Out

• Own the complete move-in checklist for every new resident.
• Ensure all onboarding steps are completed and any gaps are flagged immediately.
• Be the primary point of contact for new residents during their first few days.
• Manage the move-out checklist for exiting residents.
• Conduct move-out conversations and accurately record reasons for leaving.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate them to management.

Resident Relations

• Handle day-to-day resident interactions and queries.
• Proactively identify community concerns before they escalate.
• Act as a bridge between residents and the Yello team.

Communication

• Manage community WhatsApp group(s).
• Post announcements, updates, and important information.
• Maintain timely and professional communication.

Events

• Plan social, wellness, festive, and skill-based events.
• Promote events within the community.
• Execute and host events on the ground.
• Collect resident feedback after events.

Social Media & Content Collaboration

• Coordinate with the content team to capture stories and reels.
• Encourage residents to participate in content creation.
• Help build authentic, resident-driven content moments.
• Additional ResponsibilitiesIntroduce new residents to the community, house rules, and upcoming events.
• Run periodic feedback check-ins and pulse surveys.
• Monitor shared-space conduct and flag repeated issues.
• Coordinate small recognition initiatives such as birthdays and welcome gestures.
• Help new residents connect with existing residents.
• Share a simple weekly summary covering move-ins, move-outs, concerns, events, and content created.
• Coordinate with local vendors for resident perks or event tie-ups where possible.
• Who This Is ForStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport quickly.
• Well-organized and able to manage checklists and follow-ups.
• Comfortable being visible on camera during events and reels.
• Able to commute daily to Whitefield / ITPL.
• Experience in hospitality, community management, events, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
