Computer Hardware Technician (Field Support)


Experience: 2+ Years


Job Role

Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, networking, and basic server environments. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, attend customer service calls, and ensure timely resolution within TAT.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT hardware field support experience.
  • Expertise in desktop, laptop, printer, and network troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with OS/software installation and configuration.
  • Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic servers.
  • Good customer handling and communication skills.
  • Kannada mandatory; English and Hindi preferred.
  • Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
  • Willing to travel across Bengaluru.
