Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Computer Hardware Technician (Fresher) to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hardware installation, maintenance, and technical support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble, install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, power supplies, keyboards, and motherboards.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems and essential software.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine system health checks.
• Configure printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Assist users with technical issues and provide basic IT support.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and hardware components.
• Document service requests, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Follow company policies and ensure data security during repairs.
• Required QualificationsDiploma, ITI
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Familiarity with desktop/laptop assembly and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
