Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per the menu and chef’s instructions
- Assist in mise-en-place, portioning, and maintaining consistency
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen
- Support the CDP and Sous Chef in daily operations
- Maintain quality, freshness, and presentation standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Continental cuisine
- Strong knowledge of basic Continental cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
