Continental Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per the menu and chef’s instructions
• Assist in mise-en-place, portioning, and maintaining consistency
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen
• Support the CDP and Sous Chef in daily operations
• Maintain quality, freshness, and presentation standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Continental cuisine
• Strong knowledge of basic Continental cooking methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
