Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Control Tower Executive to oversee and coordinate end-to-end supply chain and warehouse operations. The role involves monitoring inventory flow, shipment tracking, warehouse coordination, vendor communication, and ensuring smooth operational visibility across the supply chain network.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily warehouse and supply chain operations through the control tower system.
• Track inbound, outbound, and in-transit shipments to ensure timely movement.
• Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, vendors, and clients for operational updates.
• Maintain real-time visibility of inventory, dispatches, and delivery status.
• Identify operational issues, delays, and bottlenecks and escalate them promptly.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational performance summaries.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and operational compliance standards.
• Support demand planning, shipment scheduling, and inventory control activities.
• Analyze logistics and warehouse data to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, customer service, and finance teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and system updates in WMS/ERP platforms.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain control tower functions.
• Knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP systems, and logistics operations.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools.
• Preferred SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of transportation and inventory management processes.
• Experience in e-commerce, 3PL, or logistics operations preferred.
