Job Description

  • Hiring Chef for our busy food truck.
  • Role: Handle full kitchen operations – prep, cooking, plating, cleaning.
  • Ensure taste, quality, and fast service during peak hours.
  • Maintain hygiene, follow food safety and FSSAI standards.
  • Manage basic inventory and minimise wastage.
  • Experience: 2–5 years as cook/chef in restaurant, café, cloud kitchen, or food truck.
  • Strong skills in [ Indian fast food and Continental].
  • Comfortable working in small kitchen space and under pressure.
  • Location: Our food truck at HSR Layout].
  • Work timing: Mainly evenings, weekends, and holidays.
