Position: Counter Service Specialist
Location: Malleshwaram, Bangalore
Eligibility:
- Female candidates only
- B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB) mandatory
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and visitors at the service counter
- Handle inquiries and provide information about products/services
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements
- Maintain records, documents, and reports
- Ensure smooth day-to-day counter operations
