Job Description

  • Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements.
  • Showcase gold, diamond, and silver jewellery as per customer preferences.
  • Explain product features, pricing, making charges, purity, and certifications.
  • Assist customers in finalizing purchases and closing sales effectively.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and coordination with the cashier.
  • Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and arrangement of jewellery counters.
  • Follow company policies related to security, inventory handling, and cash transactions.
  • Coordinate with backend teams for stock availability and customization requests.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sale service support professionally.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
