Key Responsibilities1. Guest Service

• Greet every customer with a smile.
• Take orders accurately at the front counter or drive-thru.
• Suggest additional items (upselling) like fries, drinks, or combos.
• Serve food quickly and maintain friendliness throughout the interaction.

2. Food Preparation

• Cook and assemble menu items following McDonald’s procedures.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Stock and rotate food supplies as per FIFO (First In First Out) method.

3. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Keep kitchen, dining area, and restrooms clean at all times.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists.
• Sanitize equipment and workstations regularly.

4. Teamwork & Support

• Work with team members to handle rush hours smoothly.
• Support colleagues when needed, whether it’s on the grill, floor, or at the counter.
• Communicate openly with managers and team for smoother shifts.

5. Following Standards

• Wear uniform properly and maintain a neat appearance.
• Follow all safety, security, and operational guidelines.
• Report any equipment issues or customer concerns to the manager.
• Skills & Qualities NeededPositive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi/Kannada depending on location).
