Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Acquisition Manager to drive new customer acquisition and generate business opportunities for our interior design and furniture solutions. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, lead generation, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through calls, referrals, social media, field visits, and networking.
• Generate and qualify leads for interior design and furniture projects.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the sales/design team.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable design solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions.
• Achieve monthly customer acquisition and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
