• Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries and concerns through email in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues by providing accurate and appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high standards of written communication and customer service.
• Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in the system.
• Adhere to quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) metrics.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling customer information.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduation is Mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a Non-Voice (Email/Chat Support) process is mandatory.
• Language Requirement: Excellent English communication (written) along with proficiency in any one regional language.
• Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
