Job Description

We are looking for a clear-speaking, energetic telecaller to call new leads, present our company offerings, and support our core sales team. You will manage daily phone logs and help grow our customer base.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold or warm calls using structured scripts
  • Answer inbound customer queries and explain product features
  • Qualify leads and pass high-interest prospects to sales closers
  • Meet daily and weekly call or lead generation targets
  • Log customer feedback and update records in the CRM database

Requirements & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clear and polite verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in local languages and English
  • Positive attitude when handling rejection
  • The required languages (e.g., English+any south languages)
