Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

🔹  Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
• Provide information about Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and consultation process
• Schedule and confirm doctor appointments
• Guide patients regarding treatment packages and hospital services
• Maintain patient data in hospital management/CRM system
• Follow up with patients for feedback and treatment updates
• Coordinate with doctors and internal departments for smooth service
• Ensure high patient satisfaction and service quality

🔹 Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Empathy and patient-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, hospital software)
• Ability to handle sensitive health-related information
• Target-oriented and positive attitude

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
