Job Description

Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

  • Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
  • Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process/BPO.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
