Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru

Experience: 0–7 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Job DescriptionWe are hiring enthusiastic candidates for our International Voice Process team. Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality standards.
  • Accurately document customer interactions.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.

Eligibility:

  • 0–7 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
