Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care & Trip Management Executive to manage daily trip operations while ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to handle multiple trips simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between customers, drivers, and the operations team to ensure every journey is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

• Respond to customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and other support channels.
• Assist customers with ongoing or upcoming trips.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a high-quality service experience.

Trip Management:

• Monitor all scheduled trips in real time.
• Coordinate with drivers before, during, and after trips according to requirement.
• Ensure timely vehicle allocation and trip execution.
• Handle last-minute schedule changes efficiently.
• Monitor trip progress and proactively address delays or operational issues.
• Coordinate airport pickups, subscription rides and hourly rentals.

Driver Coordination:

• Support drivers with route guidance and customer-related queries.
• Escalate operational issues to the Operations Manager when required.

Operational Support:

• Coordinate with fleet teams whenever vehicle support is required.

Customer Experience:

• Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi and Kannada preferred; additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using mobile applications and web-based dashboards.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, logistics, transportation, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Experience in mobility, fleet management, travel, or ride-hailing operations is preferred.
