Location: Raghuvanahalli, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru.

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday)

Qualification – Graduate / Under Graduate

Salary : 15,000-18,000 PM + Incentive

Job Title: College Admission TelecallerJob SummaryThe College Admission Telecaller is responsible for contacting prospective students and parents to provide information about academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities. The role involves generating admission leads, counselling students over the phone, scheduling campus visits or counselling sessions, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and admission enquiries.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to admission-related queries professionally.
  • Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and admission procedures.
  • Generate and qualify admission leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
  • Counsel prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
  • Schedule appointments for campus visits, counselling sessions, and admission interviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in Excel or CRM.
  • Coordinate with the Admissions, Marketing, and Academic teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
  • Follow up with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, counselling, and admission targets.
  • Resolve candidate concerns and escalate complex issues to the Admissions Manager when required.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents while maintaining a professional and positive approach.
  • Participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, promotional activities, and training programs.
  • Required Skills, Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is preferred.
  • Strong counseling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
  • Strong follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining high service standards.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a customer-focused approach.
