Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Executive responsible for cold calling potential customers to generate leads, promote products/services, and support the sales team. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in handling cold calls, and the ability to convert prospects into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers
• Introduce and explain company products/services effectively
• Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads
• Schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
• Handle objections and rejections professionally
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume dialing
• Persuasive, confident, and result-oriented attitude
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or cold calling is an advantage

Education

• Minimum qualification: High school / Graduate preferred

Languages Mandatory:

• English

• Hindi.

 • Kannada.

Additional Information:

• Required to work 6 days a week (Saturdays included).
