Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support Operations● Handle customer queries through chat and phone calls● Resolve customer concerns related to orders, delivery, returns, exchanges,sizing,payments, etc.● Close support tickets efffficiently while maintaining good customer experience● Provide timely updates to customers regarding their orders and requests.2. CRM & Ticket Management● Manage and update customer tickets through Zoho CRM● Track open issues and fofollow up until resolution● Maintain proper records of customer conversations and resolutions● Coordinate internally with operations and logistics teams fofor issue resolution3. Communication & Escalation● Communicate clearly and professionally with customers● Identify fy recurring customer issues and escalate them internally● Maintain calm and problem-solving attitude during difffficult conversations
