Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers by answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Resolve product or service issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Patience and empathy while handling customers
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service or support
• Experience with helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
• Ability to handle difficult or irate customers
