Job Description

Answer incoming customer calls.

Respond to WhatsApp messages and enquiries.

Handle boarding, grooming, swimming, pickup/drop, and café bookings.

Enter all bookings into Google Sheets and booking systems.

Coordinate with the Operations Supervisor regarding daily bookings.

Send boarding updates, photos, and videos to customers.

Follow up on enquiries and pending bookings.

Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.

Maintain customer records and booking history. Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).

Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.

Customer-focused attitude.

Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Prior experience in customer support, reception, front office, or pet care is preferred but not mandatory.
