Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking dynamic, customer-focused, and service-oriented individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, voice process, telesales, banking support, insurance support, or financial services. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
The candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly
- Assist customers with process-related guidance and required documentation
- Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution
- Escalate unresolved concerns to the relevant departments when required
- Maintain quality standards and follow company policies and process guidelines
- Build positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Stay updated with company processes, service updates, and operational changes
