Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Record customer interactions and update details in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Follow company processes and quality standards during every interaction.
