Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Voice & Sales Process)We are hiring Customer Care Executives for Voice and Sales processes. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and promoting products/services effectively.

  • Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th pass
  • Age: 18 to 30 years
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in any one South Indian language: Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage
  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
  • Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Resolve customer concerns with effective problem-solving
  • Follow company policies and maintain service quality standards
  • Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹15,000 per month
