Role Overview:

The Customer Experience will play a dual role in supporting customer queries and contributing

to growth initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and

a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Experience

* Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner

* Resolve issues related to memberships, bookings, payments, and app usage

* Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores

* Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when needed

* Keep records of customer interactions and feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience

* Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer support platforms

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

* Prior experience in customer support, sales, or growth roles

* Familiarity with fitness/wellness industry
