Job Description

We are hiring Customer Care Officers. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and promoting banking products such as credit/debit card upgrades, EMI conversions, loan top-ups, and insurance products.


Eligibility Criteria:

- Age: 18 to 30 years

- 12th pass & above candidates eligible


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally
  • Promote and upsell banking products and services
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
  • Update customer interaction details in the system


Language Requirements:

- English + Hindi

- English + Tamil / Malayalam

- English with Gujrathi/Bengali/Punjabi can also apply.


Salary Structure:

₹23,000 CTC | ₹22,500 Take Home


Shift Details:

  • 9-hour shift with 6 days working
  • Rotational weekly off
  • Male candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Female candidates: Day shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM
  • Work Mode: Work from Office
