Customer Engagement Executive

Key Responsibilities    

Customer Engagement & Support

•      Call and engage with customers post-purchase to ensure a smooth experience

•      Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely order delivery

•      Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues where required

•      Build positive relationships that improve trust, repeat usage, and customer satisfaction

Testimonials & Customer Stories

•      Identify happy customers and collect video testimonials, reviews, and feedback

•      Coordinate simple customer recordings for social proof and marketing use

•      Help build a library of authentic customer stories and experiences

Customer Research & Insights

• Conduct customer conversations and mini-surveys to understand:

o Product usage patterns

o Purchase motivations

o Repeat behavior

o Feedback & objections

• Track recurring trends and share actionable insights with the marketing and product teams

Reporting & Coordination

•      Maintain reports on customer interactions, delivery feedback, and engagement trends

•      Share weekly summaries on customer sentiment, testimonials collected, and recurring themes

•      Support retention and community-building initiatives where required 

Who We’re Looking For

•      1–3 years of experience in customer engagement, client servicing, support, or relationship management

•      Strong communication skills in English + regional languages preferred

•      Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and video

•      Organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented

•      Basic understanding of D2C customer journeys is a plus

•      Passion for wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred
