Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer. This role involves multiple responsibilities, with a primary focus on engaging with customers. Key tasks include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and other messaging platforms.
  • Sending and receiving photos and product details.
  • Providing accurate quotations and assisting with product information.
  • Communicating the condition and status of products to customers.
  • Ensuring smooth post-inquiry follow-ups.

After training, additional tasks may be assigned a positive attitude, and a willingness to multitask.
