Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• :Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and client communication
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Assist in pre-sales consulting and support the sales team
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
• Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good client handling and relationship management ability
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
• Experience in call handling and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge and data management

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma / Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling/CRM/sales support
• Basic English and Hindi communication required

• Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Location: Head Office, Kamaraj Road, Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru
