The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for

managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, &

building long-team relationships. The role involves handling inquiries,

resolving issues, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance customer

experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries Via Phone, Email

& in-person interactions

Build and maintain strong relationship with

existing and potential customers

Provide accurate information about

products/services

·        

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and

escalate when necessary

Follow up with customers to ensure

satisfaction and repeat business

Ensuring sales target are met

Scheduling Appointment with stores
