Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Need to ensure the customer are retained in the existing Network.
Answering calls and resolving queries about products & services
Should be able to convince and clear queries of clients on the phone call
Should be able to follow and fulfill targets on time
Should be punctual and should be comfortable working MS Office
Required skills/Abilities:
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner
